New water restrictions in Dryden could be in place by the end of the month in order to ease the strain on the Water Treatment Plant.
On certain days, residents will not be allowed to water lawns, cars and gardens among other things.
The City will turn to the traditional number system as odd numbered homes will be allowed to use water on odd numbered days and vise versa.
Staff say the restrictions will be implemented on a yearly basis from June 1st to August 31st.
A bylaw will be introduced on July 19th.
