Water Treatment Funding For Lac Seul

Lac Seul First Nation is getting some upgrades to the water treatment plant.

Both the Federal and Provincial governments have provided a little more than 1.8 million dollars each.

Lac Seul First Nation will be responsible to cover the rest of the costs.

The funding will go towards constructing a new building at the water treatment plant at Kejick Bay.

This will allow the addition of a membrane filtration system which will improve the overall quality of water in and around the community.
