A 23 year old man is dead after a vehicle collided with a tree in the early hour of Sunday morning.
Dryden Police Service, paramedics, ambulance and Dryden Fire Services were all called to the scene of the accident at about 3 Sunday morning. Dryden Police Services confirm the vehicle collided with a tree on Hearst Avenue and that both the driver and passenger were injured.
The unidentified passenger was air ambulanced to Thunder Bay where he was pronounced dead.
The drive of the vehicle, 21 year old Trevor Burgstaler, was treated at Dryden Hospital and released. Burgstaler has been charged with Impaired Driving Causing Death, and will appear in court September 10.
