Taylor Lick is the 2006 Canada Day triathalon winner.
Lick won the Dryden race with a time of 1 hour and 13 minutes.
Thunder Bay resident Malcolm Sutherland finished second while Cameron
Kiddie of Dryden came in third.
In the kids 11 to 15 division, Kyle Bembeneck captured the
championship while Tamara Duncan won the girls event.
The team relay title went to Seth Callahan, Calvin Colfied and Mikey Glass of Camp of
the Woods with a time of 1 hour and 16 minutes.
In the 6 to 10 year-old relay division, Jordan Dun, Olivia Carter and
Martina Wintle of Canada Day Rockers won gold.
In the 11 to 15 year-old team category, Matt Benson, Shaun Godden and Josh
Reid finished first.
At the 2006 Kinsmen Dragon Boat races in Dryden, MNR Hicks and Lawrence Smoke on the Water are this years champions.
Timbermax finished second.
