More calls for service for the Dryden Police Service.
That’s according to this week’s update, with 193 calls for service from Monday May 24 to Monday May 31 compared to 178 the week before.
However, charges laid were down to 21 from 25.
Some of the calls Dryden Police attended include:
• Property Crime – 5
• Crime against Person – 8
• Police Assist/Assist Public – 27
• Mental Health – 11
• Traffic Complaints/Enforcement – 12
• Foot Patrol/Property checks – 18
• Other – 112
Property Crimes were notably down this week with 18 reported the week before, Foot Patrol/Property Checks saw an increase of eight and other call categories stayed about the same.
