West Nile Virus in Dryden

Its the second case of West Nile Virus in the region.
The Federal lab in Winnipeg has confirmed a dead crow found in Dryden has tested positive for the mosquito-borne virus.
The bird was found two weeks ago in the city.
The Northwestern Health Unit says residents should take precautions against mosquitoes, however stress the season is almost over.
Earlier this summer, a dead crow found in Kenora tested positive for West Nile virus.
