Grassy Narrows First Nation is warning Weyerhaeuser and
Abitibi-Consolidated to stop logging an area on the reserve.
The reserve is threatening protests over clear-cutting in the Whiskyjack Forest.
Weyerhaeuser Spokesperson Bonnie Skene stresses they don’t manage the
Forest Management Plan for that area.
