Weyerhaeuser-Domtar Merger Nearly Complete

The Weyerhaeuser-Domtar merger is expected to be made official in the
next few days.
Domtar stakeholders approved the transaction to combine with
Weyerhaeuser’s fine paper business at a special meeting Monday.
The approval is seen as one of the final hurdles and the
transaction is expected to close next week.
The Dryden Mill is included in the deal.
