White Otter Castle Enhancements

Friends of the White Otter Castle has received $10,000 to assist in drawing up future plans for the historic site.
The Log Castle was built 100 years ago between Atikokan and Ignace and over the years several attempts have been made to preserve and protect it.
Spokesperson Dennis Smyk says a consultant will look at a number of ways to revive the Castle.
The last work on White Otter Castle was conducted 9 years ago with renovations and the construction of trails and a dock.
