In Loving Memory of William “Bill” Kuzemchuk, age 79, who passed away on July 28, 2014 at the Meno Ya Win Health Centre.
Bill Kuzemchuk is survived by his wife Jacqueline, son David (Cathy), daughter Diane (Dan) and daughter Carol (Gina and family). He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren Jamie (Rocel), Brandy (Ian); Anton and Danya and 3 great grandchildren Diya, Logan and Ariya.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
A Memorial Service for the late Bill Kuzemchuk will be held at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Friday August 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mike Mahoney officiating. Interment of ashes to follow at a later date.
