Winter In Northern Ontario, Summer In Southern Ont

A winter storm warning has been issued for Northwestern and Northeastern Ontario today but it is an entirely different story in Southern Ontario.
Environment Canada says the forecast is for temperatures in the mid-teens across Southern Ontario today.
Mother Nature has been thrown off by the unseasonably warm weather in that region… lawns are still green and many trees are starting to bud gain.
