Winter Road Network Delayed

It is a bit behind schedule but work on the Northern Winter Road Network is well underway.
The system is usually open about 4-6 weeks every winter and is vital for isolated First Nations to get supplies delivered.
Indian Affairs Minister Bob Nault says he hopes to make an announcement next week regarding construction of all weather roads in Northern Ontario.
Work on the 2003 Ice Road Network is said to be about 50% completed now.
