Winter Roads

The Provincial Government has boosted it’s contribution to the winter
roads program in the far north.
Northern Development Minister Rick Bartolucci has kicked in another
$500,000, bringing the total for this season to $3.5 million.
More than 3,000KM of winter roads are built each year allowing remote
communities access to goods & services which are otherwise only accessable
by air or water in other seasons.
