Dryden Mayor Sid Wintle wants the process of recruitment and retention of physicians to get underway as soon as possible.
Wintle says the Dryden Cares Committee, the group spearheading the process, has been asked to formulate a budget for the two largest stakeholders, the City of Dryden and the Dryden Hospital.
Wintle feels other issues, such as amalgamating the three medical clinics in the city, can be examined at a later date.
