Wintle Wants Coverage Area To Pay

The Mayor of Dryden believes that everyone who visits a proposed community clinic should be paying for it through taxes.
Sid Wintle says the present Dryden medical coverage area extends beyond city boundaries.
Wintle suggests a proposed Area Services Board collecting taxes in unicorporated areas surrounding Dryden may be the answer.
The City of Dryden has yet to make a decision regarding a one million dollar contribution to the Dryden Cares Committee this week to support a community clinic.
Wintle spoke to the Dryden Rotary Club yesterday.
