Wood Works Pleased With Provincial Move

The group Wood Works is calling the province’s decision to allow wood in the construction of buildings up to six storeys good news.
It began lobbying for changes to the building code after B.C. introduced similar regulations 5-years ago.
Executive Director Marianne Berube says it will show wood is a safe building material.
Berube believes the changes will help Ontario’s forest and construction industries.
