With the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board under fire this week, provincial Labour Minister Kevin Flynn is trying to reassure critics, improvements are on the way.
In the Legislature, Flynn says the Board is doing a review on the way it approves who gets insurance benefits.
He says he’s confident when the review is complete there’ll be an improved process in place.
From Thunder Bay to Toronto this week injured workers have been protesting how the Board operates.
