Liberal leader Kathleen Wynne is explaining further the reasons behind her conceding defeat in the provincial election.
Wynne says when polling numbers failed to change in her favour after the last leaders debate, she felt it necessary to get out of the way to help other Liberal candidates.
She stresses she wants voters to support their Liberal candidate at a local level.
Wynne stresses the objective now is to get as many Liberals elected to Queens Park to avoid a majority government or a Doug Ford government.
She admits she won’t be Premier, but denies she’s throwing in the towel.
