Wynne Responds To Weather Woes

Premier Kathleen Wynne is urging towns and cities to expect the unexpected when it comes to weather.
Wynne says extreme weather events are putting a huge strain on the province’s infrastructure and it’s something that can’t be ignored
She says whether it’s flooding in Belleville or Thunder Bay, or a tornado in Angus, seeing that first hand devastation and the business plans that are halted because of it firms her resolve to take action.
Wynne tells municipal leaders meeting in London, they need to be partners with the government to help reduce the instances of catastrophe before they start.
