In loving memory of Yakim “Jack” Mulyk, age 80 years who passed away on November 15th at Princess Court Long Term Care Home after a long illness.
Jack is survived by his devoted wife Laura, his children, Don, David, Kathryn, Joseph and Jim. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, his sisters Mary, Anne, Kae and brother John.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 20th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Alan Campeau officiating. A private family interment will follow in the Dryden Cemetery.
