Young Musicians Seek Support

The City of Dryden is hoping to work with local youth to develop their
musical talent.
The recently formed Dryden Music Scene Committee is looking to expand after
hosting a couple of concerts over the Summer.
The group has asked for financial assistance however at the open
meeting Monday, Council was unable to provide monetary support.
City officials stress they want to work with the young musicians and
have suggested the possibility of providing free venues.
Council has requested the group set up a meeting with senior staff to
explore other avenues.
