Home owners will see some changes if the City of Dryden moves forward with changes to the zoning by-law plan.
A limit on the size of a home is just one proposed change.
Houses would be limited to 9-metres in size or not 1-metre higher than neighbouring homes.
The changes also call for a relaxing on rules governing the size of a garage.
Meridian Consulting Spokesperson Jim Dyment says homeowners would face restrictions when setting up plastic or cloth covered garages.
