Aboriginal Jury Roll Concern

A Thunder Bay Lawyer has filed a motion which could delay jury trials across Northwestern Ontario starting next week.
Christopher Watkins raised the issue over a lack of aboriginal representation on the Region’s jury roll.
Watkins claims that his client should be tried by a jury that reflects the region’s population.
