Acting CAO Named In Dryden

Debra Kincaid has been named acting Chief Administrative Officer.
Art Wellington is stepping down as interim City Manager.
Kincaid has been in the role of acting Clerk up until now.
Mayor Craig Nuttall says the search for a full-time replacement continues and says they are negotiating with two individuals.
Nuttall says he appreciates all the work Wellington has done over the past couple of months, and helping them pass the budget.
