A federal commitment to invest more money in social housing is being supported by Joe Roberts of the Push For Change campaign.
Roberts says the Trudeau government promised $11.2-billion in the recent budget.
He suggests the funding will create new spaces for youth once they leave shelters.
Roberts believes his walk across Canada is starting the conversation of a youth homelessness problem at the Municipal, Provincial and Federal level.
