Another Golden Performance for Eagle Runners

The Dryden High School Eagles took home gold at the Annual Turkey Trot race in Dryden over the Thanksgiving weekend.
The Eagles took advantage of their home turf by beating the Fort Frances Muskies.
Andie Wood set a course record in her win in the the Open Girls event, with teammates Nicole Allam and Dominique Garner close behind in 3rd and 4th.
Kirk Markowski led Tyler Leonzio, Jake Wickstrom and Eldon Vandenbrand to an impressive 1, 2, 3, 4 finish in the Open Boys division.
The Eagles Cross-Country team will meet the top U.S. teams in International Falls on Thursday in their final meet prior to the NWOSSAA Regional championships in Thunder Bay on October 19th.
