Avalon Advanced Materials has resumed a drilling program north of Kenora.
The company is developing a lithium deposit near Separation Rapids.
President and CEO Don Bubar says the goal is to find out exactly how large the deposit is.
He says they are planning a 10 hole diamond drilling program.
Bubar says they will be conducting the drilling program over the next six to eight weeks.
