The Sioux Lookout Friendship Accord continues to grow.
Big Trout Lake First Nation has been added to the circle.
The Accord was first signed on June 21st, 2012 between Sioux Lookout, Lac Seul and Slate Falls First Nations, and was later expanded to include Cat Lake.
The partnership allows all parties to work together on a variety of pillars including resource development, emergency preparedness, waste management, education, youth, social issues, housing, health, tourism, commerce and sports and special events.
