The Dryden Learning Centre has garnered some interest.
Weyerhaeuser has received a conditional offer to purchase the 3-year-old building.
Company Spokesperson Bonnie Skeene says the conditions could be waved in early December.
However, Skeene says the identity of the buyer is not known.
Weyerhaeuser put the building up for sale back in June as part of its bid to streamline operations and stay competitive.
The asking price was $1.45 million.
