Vote-eligible students are being encouraged to cast their ballot in Canada’s federal election.
The Canadian Alliance of Student Associations is leading a nation-wide “Get Out The Vote Campaign.”
Chair Eric Queenen says it’s aimed at persuading students to vote and ensure their voices are heard.
About 39% of Canadians aged 18-to-24 voted in the last federal election.
