Carbon Monoxide Alarms Now Required

A new form of detector is now required in most Ontario properties.
Carbon monoxide detectors are now the law for any dwelling that has a fuel burning appliance.
The law was passed back in October and gave residents until Wednesday to install the devices.
Failing to comply can result in fines.
