Many Regional Farmers are starting to feel exasperated.
At a recent sale in Stratton, more than 1,000 cattle were up for sale with prices averaging 85 to 87 cents per pound.
Farmer Russ Richards says the low sale for beef and hamburger are still not being reflected in stores.
Richards adds Producers in the District desperately need an Abattoir to lower the price for meat.
