A post-mortem exam is being conducted on a man who was killed after being dragged under a vehicle though Kenora this week.
Meantime, Provincial Police have laid several charges against the suspect, a male youth involved in the incident.
The youth, who cannot be identified has been charged with impaired driving causing death, dangerous driving of a motor vehicle causing death, flight from police causing bodily harm, driving while disqualified and failure to comply with a sentence under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The suspect remains in custody.
