Charges laid in highway closure

A Kingston man faces charges after the Trans Canada was blocked for several hours Thursday at Ignace.
Brian Bertrand has been charged with careless driving in the mishap which saw his transport loose control & spill its load across both the east & west lanes.
The cargo was classed as dangerous goods but non-threatening.
Traffic was moving again in both directions by mid afternoon.
