Child Care Funding

The Provincial Government has approved funding for several child care projects in this region.
The City of Dryden benefited the most from the funding, getting over 236-thousand dollars for a massive literacy project.
The project will provide services to nine communities such as Wabigoon, Machin and Eagle Lake.
As well, the township of Ignace received over 37-thousand dollars for an initiative that supports music, education and literacy.
Ear Falls was handed almost 20-thousand dollars for literacy projects.
