The month of November was cold and dry in the Dryden area.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Services says the average temperature was -8.4, compared to the monthly average of -5.3.
However, it wasn’t as bad as the 100-year record cold November of 1995, when the average temperature was -11.1.
Precipitation levels last month were only at 46.7-millimetres in Dryden.
Laidlaw says Kenora’s total was 12.6 and Ear Falls was only 12.9.
