Work on establishing a new strategic plan for the City of Dryden has been put on the back-burner.
Chief Administrative Officer Ernie Remillard says he wants to put a quality product on the table and doesn’t feel he can do that due to various reasons.
However, Remillard says early work on the strategy has already paid off in a staff restructuring plan and says they will continue on the plan and update what’s needed.
Remillard says they will still build on the work that has been done and still believes its been a worthwhile exercise.
