It appears CKDR listeners want Remembrance Day to be a statutory holiday in Ontario.
A recent News poll found 63% of respondents believe November 11th should be recognized as a paid holiday.
Remembrance Day is a federal statutory holiday with the exception of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and the Northwest Territories.
