The City of Dryden is meeting Ministry of Environment drinking water
standards.
Director of Public Works Mike Fenton says there were some minor
non-compliance issues at the water treatment plant, which is not uncommon.
Fenton says the City was drawing more water then their permit allowed
but notes a new flow meter has been installed to rectify the problem.
Fenton says the inspection was held in 2006 and notes there are no
outstanding issues.
