College faculty, including those at Confederation College, could be walking the picket lines this month.
Members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union will be in a legal strike position, or face a lockout by their employers on Sunday, October 15th.
Five days notice is still needed from each side, so a strike or lockout could come after that date.
The union and the College Employer Council, which bargains for Ontario’s 24 Colleges, are currently negotiating with the aid of a conciliator.
