Comcare Health Services in Dryden and the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union have ratified a new 4-year contract.
The deal was reached just before a planned strike Friday at midnight.
90-percent of the 30-workers approved the deal.
Staff will receive a 10-percent raise over the term of the agreement as well as a 36-percent increase in mileage pay.
Comcare provides home-based health services to seniors and those with chronic illness.
