The head of the union representing education support workers in the Keewatin-Patricia School District says not all of her members are happy with their new contract.
Pam Constable says the union managed to get back some of what was taken away but had to compromise with the school board.
However she says education assistants and secretaries are still facing fewer hours.
But the union did manage to get wage increases over the next three years, improvements to the benefit plan and job security.
Constable adds it was a long and bitter strike and some wounds may never heal.
