The Thunder Bay North Stars scored two goals on the power-play en route to a 5-0 win on the road in Thief River Falls.
Ryan Mignault scored a pair of goals, while Keighan Gerrie, Ben Erwin and Alex Erwin added singles.
Thunder Bay outshot the Norskies 35-28.
The North Stars now have 5 out of a possible 6 points in their first three games away from home to start the SIJHL season.
