The City of Dryden is bending the rules to allow a new business to set up shop downtown.
Ritch Noel, who also represented Michelle Raine, approached Council Monday to seek approval of establishing a Hot Dog Cart at Earl’s Court.
The Cart will be there for the rest of the summer for a 4-hour period during the lunch-hour.
Noel says he’s hopeful the set-up will attract more people to the downtown core.
Council has warned him that they will have to go to a tender process next year, if the venture turns out to be successful.
