Criticism Of Premier Wynne’s Northern Tour

Premier Kathleen Wynne is making her way across Northwestern Ontario.
However New Democrat MPP France Gelinas says Wynne’s trip is nothing but a photo-op.
Gelinas says Wynne comes with her message that things will be different, but once she’s asked about issues in Northern Ontario, it appears to be all forgotten.
Gelinas points specifically to an increase in the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund, which hasn’t been implemented, and a new way of doing business for the Ring of Fire, but everything has been stalled.
Gelinas wants the Wynne government to keep their promises and deliver results in Northwestern Ontario.
Wynne’s tour brings her to Kenora, Thunder Bay, Fort Severn and Sudbury.
