The Owner of the B.C. based Fibre-Tech says he has big plans for the Proboard Plant in Atikokan.
Dan Warren reached a tentative deal with the Receiver this week and is now waiting for court approval.
The deal is still subject to approval but is expected to close by April 15th.
The Atikokan raised Warren says it will be good to see the 150 employees go back to work.
Warren says the Plant is in good condition and ready to go
He adds that capital improvements are planned in the near future.
Terms of the deal have not been released.
