A Nova Scotia man, accused of causing a Greyhound bus crash near Upsala in December 2000, will have to wait a few more days to find out his fate.
Officials with the Superior Court of Justice in Thunder Bay say the judge in the case has been called out of town, delaying a decision until next week.
A decision in the case against 23-year-old Shawn Davis was expected this week after the trial wrapped up last Friday.
In the meantime, Davis will remain in jail.
