Chief Executive Officer Wade Petranik says it is an early draft so there are a lot of assumptions surrounding many aspects including revenues, equiptment, salary, government funding and inflationary value of various supplies.
Petranik says by their estimations predict that there will be no decreases to service levels at the hospital.
