Nishnawbe-Aski Police and the Tri-Force Drug Unit have broken up a
drug transaction in Northwestern Ontario.
Police received a report of a suspicious package destined for the
remote Northern community of Lansdowne House.
The package, containing 4.2-grams of cocaine and 180-percocets was
intercepted in Thunder Bay.
The street value of the drugs is estimated at $1,330 in the
City and $8,900 in the First Nation community of Lansdowne House.
The drug seizure is under investigating and no arrests have been made.
