Dryden Canada Day Could Move

Canada Day celebrations in Dryden could get a new venue.
The Dryden District Chamber of Commerce wants to move July 1st activities from Sandy Beach to the downtown waterfront area at Cooper Park.
Chamber Manager Rick Lindmeier believes the new location is a more central one and would allow for indoor events at the Dryden arena.
He adds fireworks and the start of the triathalon would remain at Sandy Beach.
